If you have to replace your intermittent relay and eventually find one but didn't realise it has 7 pins instead of 6 and find it doesn't work just wire the 7th to earth and it works fine. Found that out by mistake after I pulled it apart and was poking around with test light not knowing what I was looking for or doing then touched 7th pin that doesn't fit into plug and wipers worked fine.
