installation instruction for nudge bar

Hi everybody. Im now the proud owner of a 2010 D40 ST. It didnt have a nudge bar on it so I found a genuine nissan item at a Holden dealer of all places! The only problem is it did not come with any installation instructions so I was hoping someone could help me.

Firstly make sure it's for an ST and not and ST-X.

Have you tried searching this site for an answer because I believe the topic has come up before.
