Icom uhf programming

Hey guys, I'll be in Melb for Xmas and was wondering if anybody knows someone that can program some extra channels into mi icom ic400pro? Looking to get a few other things done at the same time. Obviously I'm willing to pay. Any help would be great. Cheers.
