If you pop out the dished area on top of the centre part of the dash area you will find a screw, undo that screw then you can grab that entire centre panel and pop it off the clips that run around the edge, once you have the centre part out you can pop out that cap with out damaging the front section.
It wil pop out from the front but there is a chance you will leave marks from prying it off.
