UPDATE2: if anybody interested, even on V9X machine you can see turbo actuator rod moving.In my case when vacuum hose is connected and engine is idling, vacuum pulls actuator rod towards front of the engine some 2cm. And I can hear turbo whistling slightly.When vacuum is disconnected, actuator moves back to where it sits when engine is shut off.
