First of all I'd like to say that this great site. 
I,m from Townsville NQ. I own a 06 d40 auto and just installed a DP Chip that i picked up second hand for $700. Noticeable difference in power. I am running the chip on 7 but i will be trying different settings over the next few weeks.
I'm looking for better fuel economy more so than power but the power is certainly nice to have. Testing at the moment with 1 tank of fuel.
I will be upgrading the exhaust system next but need to do more research. I have gotten a quote locally for $1600 complete system.
I will post back as I do more testing on the DP Chip.
