Hey there guys new to the forum got myself a 2006 D40 stx been looking at your threads on tires pretty closely I live in qld and I keep reading that 265/75 16 are illegal can anyone tell if how and where it is possible to get it engineered to run these tires? Or am I better off just running 265/70's?

Welcome boo boo, good to see another D40. I'd imagine the where part of getting an engineer to look over things would be a matter of using a phone book or the net, they are bound to advertise and one is probably as good as another given they all have the same rules to follow. As for how it is different for every state so it might be worth ringing your local roads corp, they should atleast be able to help you with phone numbers. That might keep you chugging forward until someone else comes along with better answers.
