head problem

Hi I have a 86 navara that is fitted with a z22. the head is stuffed. having trouble tracking down a z22 head but plenty of the z24's about. will the z24 head suit the z22?

my manual shows that the z20, z22 and z24 are identical except for bore and stroke. every spec and tolerance was the same
