Hard lid buying 2nd hand. Will it fit?

I'm hoping to purchase a hard top for my dual cab 02 D22 ST-R. The lid was fitted previously to a dual cab 06 D22 ST-R, I'm wondering if it will fit? Also how difficult is it to fit a hard top to a tub with the overlap lining? Thanks for reading, any input appreciated.

the tub size should be the same
that didn't change till late 2008 when the tub grew 100mm
as for the lip over tub liner I don't know if the hard lid will suit ?
those tub liners are a rust magnet, dirt and sand and water get between tub and liner, act like sandpaper and your tub will rust out, consider spray on liner and your lid will fit no worries
