Glow plug seals

Hi I'm new to this forum I just brought a 2002 d22 navara I have an oil leak from my rocker cover so I'm changing it this weekend but my question is I got glow seals with new cover how do I replace seals and what gasket goo do I use.

They are just a rubber seal, over time they become hard and leak. Just unscrew the old ones and the new ones will screw back into the rocker cover.

Is it easy to change I'm not very mechacally minded but know enough I have rocker cover seal but how do I get glow plug seals out cause they came in the gasket pack for $72

They just unscrew, there was a discussion a little while ago regarding the rocker cover as well. Have a look here.
