Just watch the camber, and Upper control arm issues that arise when going over 2" lift.
You might not want lockers once you get used to how the Traction control works on these things, it actually surprised me how well it works, i use to want lockers but not anymore.

Ive heard you alot of d40's get problem's if you go over 40mm, some are fine and others the uca hits or you cant get enough adjustment back, it depends how they came of the jig at the factory.
I don't mind if i have to get uca's if i can find a proper kit to go high enough(maybe monster rides).Alot of kits say 2" bet when you look into it there only 30-40mm closer to 1-1.5".

If I can get the same as you Nathan(55mm) I'll be happy, but when I spoke to Ultimate they said most get 40mm.

Good to here the traction control works well because I would rather keep the LSD for most driving.

I think monster rides are the only ones that make the front adjustable struts longer in aus, when my ironman fronts wear out that's the way i will go so i can turf the 25mm spacers.

The reason why some do and some dont have issues is in part where they were made, Thai models have two cams in the LCA where the Spain models only have one which restricts the amount of camber adjustments.

Ultimate will get more then 40mm if you ask them but as a guide they say 40mm so they dont run into any camber or uca probs, BUT if you speak to Brendan and tell him you want more then 40mm and also that you are aware that it will mean adding the "Off Set Caster Bushes" to help bring the camber back he will do it for you.
If you are going to get UCA dont worry about the caster bushes and just take them the arms when they install the suspension.

My Thai D40 settled at 40mm but when this one was going in i told him to get the maximum lift they could get while keeping the camber under control, so after the bushes were done it settled at 55mm and is still at 55mm after 60,000km
