Fluid leak problem

Hi, I am new to the forum. I have a 07 D40 ST-X. Has all the ARB gear on it. HD clutch, single mass fly wheel, aftermarket exhaust, dyno tune, and the list goes on. I Will post pics soon. In the mean time I have noticed a small pink fluid leak coming out off the rear of the gearbox, at the drive shaft. Does anyone how much is involved in changing seals relevant to this leak or maybe a cause of the leak? Also the 4wd light on the dash is permanently on even when in 2wd. Any help is much appreciated. Welcome to the forum, cant help much with either of those issues. So i will give the thread a bump, maybe that will stir up someone who can help.
