Fitting a nudge bar for a 2013 navara.

Hi all, new to the site so bare with me if I ask any dumb questions.
I have bought a 2013 Navara dual cab and a second hand Nudge bar. The nudge bar is the correct one for the Navara however I have no idea how to fit it. Anyone able to help me with this.

d22 or d40. I ve got a tjm one on my d22 and it took about 45mins.

Should have tried them in the first place.
