It's alright I see a member of the Motoring Enthusiasts party is set to get into a position of power and he is all about offroad adventuring and peoples rights to having access to the great outdoors for playing in there 4x4's.

Excellent, finally a voice where it could at least be heard. Might not get any legislation made, but they can introduce private member's bills which can at least be discussed officially, drawing attention to the issue.
