Engine Light Saying On...

Howdy...
I have a 3.0L ZD30 Automatic...
It is a Brand New Motor and Turbo...
My Engine Light is staying on...
It is coming up with a Code Error of 31...
I have cleaned all the Earth Terminals...
Just wondering if anyone can help me please...

i've never seen an automatic zd30 navara before. i don't think they where sold here.
is it a navara, terrano or a patrol?

what year is it?

the code, assuming its correct (a lot of reader son't work correctly with these engines) is ecu fault. need to send ecu away for repair or find a 2nd hand one for sale.

The fault code 31, is logged as an ECU fault. But in reality 98% of the time is a poor earth/live connection. check and clean all engine bay earths, battery terminal, starter and alternator connections and then erase the code.
