Difference between auto & manual exhaust

HI ALL
I need help with an exhaust for my D40 Auto 2007 VSK..
Im looking to to buy a used exhaust from the Cat back and was wondering if the autos and manuals are the same or are there any variants in the D40?
Any feedback much appreciated.

i'm sure your auto will have a DPF, where as a manual won't. couldn't tell you if that means the cat's are positioned differently!
