D40 wheels to D23?

I have a 2011 STX D40 with aftermarket Rotiform wheels (6 x 114.3 - 20 x 9 30p)
Looking at possibly moving to a 2018/19 D23....
Would my current wheels fit on the D23?

same wheel stud pattern, but i can't recall the offset.
the other issue is D23's have wide and single models. so you may need flares fitted for the skinny version. i have stock D23 rims/tires off the fat model and they just fit inside the guards of the skinny model.
