d40 vibration after fitting 40mm lift

Hi guys just fitted a tough dog 40mm lift and now have a vibration in top gear. The vibration comes thru the floor feels like tail shaft
i have tried a spacer and wedges nothing has made a difference has anyone had similar problem or have any ideas what to try next cheers

Im assuming you have checked the tailshaft unis and their all good too...? Im running 100mm lift and no wedges (i was told id need them) but in the end its same as before....only vibration ive had was a blown out rear uni....you could have a dry one
