D40 standard strut measurements

Hey guys i have the new ironman foam cell pro struts and i want to adjust them.
Can anyone help out, Im looking for the measurements off a standard d40 front strut. From the middle of the eye bolt at the bottom to the bottom of the spring seat.

hey john I wanna get my struts adjusted and dropped a tad like 15mm/20mm so been told I had to book it in to get em pulled apart cause they cant be adjusted in the car....
