Hey guys,

Installing my 4wd systems LOKKA today.

Any tips? I know there is a write up on here but I can't find it.. Anyone got the link or better search skills:-D

Also doing transfer, transmission and diff oils. Any tips on that? (manual)

Got is all in, we for a drive today and tested it out and get a feel for how it handles.

Am very impressed! Can't hear any clicking in 2wd.

Found there was slight understeer and the steering wheel flicks back to straight quite quick... But I had no issues doing 3pt turns or anything like that.

And drives hills like a boss!

Overall 100% worth it, will update after a real test.

Oh I did transfer and gearbox oils. Transfer came out really grey and sludgy... Gearbox was like new.

ok, let us know how it goes, shifting in the mornings ect,
cheers.

Good to hear the Lokka install went well, they transform 4wd's, a mate has put a few in different 4x4s and the difference is awsome.

Nice, i have a D22 and will be doing this in the newyear, any tips?? i know there is a bit of difference between them but still any information would be apprecieted

I don't know anything about the 22's I'm guess they are about the same. LOKKA peices together pretty simply, read the instructions a few times first. Have some spare difference sized split pins around as they seem to break when removing them
