d22 zd30 timing case oil and coolant leak

Hey Crew,
Discovered a leak for some time on my nav which is really starting to infuriate me. It is an oil and coolant leak from what seems to be the rear of the timing case. Has anyone had this issue before and how did you approach it?

I thought i had an oil leak there, ended up being the rocker cover gasket which wouldnt seal on the crack where the timing case meets the head and the oil just ran down there. a bit of RTV silicone fixed that. might be worth a look?
