It should be able to. The rear bar has brackets that bolt to the outside of the chassis. The towbar usually uses these bolts, plus 2 more on each side up through the bottom of the chassis. If your mounts from your current bar are still ok, you should be able to just unbolt the bar from them and bolt a new one up, without touching any of the bolts on the chassis.
