Hi all, learned to this forum that have plenty of information on D22. My D22 need helps, it is really under power which i can only rev to 3800rpm and gain a max speed at 145kph at 5th gear. I have done a lot to this car and i cannot regain the power. Below are the works i have done.
1) Turbo newly repaired and boost at 13psi.
2) Engine piston and rings changed, compression is good.
3) NPS changed with new genuine parts.
4) Intake Air Temp Sensor changed with new genuine parts.
5) 2 fuel filters changed with new genuine parts.
6) Whole exhaust system changed with new genuine parts.
7) VP44 Fuel Pump fully serviced with FPCM replaced with genuine part.
8) Fuel Injectors serviced twice from diesel shop and confirmed sweet in condition.
9) Air filter changed with new genuine parts.
10) EGR blocked.
11) No leak at turbo pipe and intercooler ( many check has been performed to this leak ).
12) No fault code from Nissan consult.
13) Gear and chain timing has no wrong ( checked twice ).
I use this ute from new, and it was so lovely to drive and easily hit to 170kph at freeway without full trottle, but it is now so gutless. Have spend a lot in trying to fix this problem but still fails. 1 thing, it is not blowing any smoke at all even i make a sudden full throttle at neutral or while driving. Nissan cannot tells the problem but confirm the motor output is underpower.
Any one have fixed this problem, kindly advised, and i would be very very much appreciate your helps, i am really mad for past 6 months with this car.
