Coolant leak - Welsh Plug (pic) - SOLVED

Hi Guys, New to the forum as I just bought a D22 for my son who is on his L's currently but waiting to get his license.
I have a 2008 model (Jap Build) picked it up 48 hrs ago and It has developed a coolant leak.
Local mechanic says he hasnt seen this before, but I am in a small town.?!?!
Is this just a Welsh plug that can be removed and replaced or something bigger???
Video attached. When car is running the leak turns into a spray that hits back of radiator

All good, it is just a Welsh plug. Removed and fitted a new one with no issues.
