Looking at purchasing in end of financial year sale, dealer not sure.
Asked at a Ford dealer about a Ranger XLT they advised no as per factory advice but would have thought either would affect handling.
Currently have a 2104 Navara ST with 40mm lift and 300kg rated suspension for loads..
