whats everyones thoughts on the cheap water to air cooler kits on ebay, not the PWR brand, but the other no name type brands.

I have nothing against cheap stuff, for example I bought a 210 dollar 42 inch light bar ages ago off ebay and its still to this day damn impressive etc.
so yeah has anyone bought these or know anything about them?
