Changing 07 engine for a 2012 engine ? Possible

Just a quick qustion i have a 2007 2.5 turbo diesel and need a new engine long story, i have found a 2012 2.5 turbo diesel does any one know if it will be possible to swap them over or has to much changed with the set up of the new motor

I don't think it would be much of an issue.

The chassis is still the same, the 140kw engine in the 2011/2012 ST has a different turbo and head but is basically the same engine.

Yep. I would be doing a full swap. Maybe source yourself a right off and swap everything over.
