Change from 3 blinks to 1

Anyone know if it's possible to alter the indicators from blinking 3 times back to only once?

I suspect a new flasher can may be the answer but not 100% sure???

pretty sure it might be controlled by the BCM not 100% sure tho...

did u change ur indicators to leds? just add a load resistor to them and it will slow them back if you did.

Body control module or the thing that controls how most of the electronic techno-crap behaves.

I think the indicator stalk has two switches per side. If I press lightly to the left and release, I get 3 flashes. If I push it all the way to the left so that it clicks into position then pull it back, I get ONE flash.

It's actually handy some of the time, but I don't know how to disengage it without breaking the stalk.

I've done some googling on this and it seems that it's a common thing nowadays. Mazda, Ford, BMW all do it and no one seems to know how to get around it.

It's a lane change setting and 3 blinks is the minimum legal requirement to indicate yoiu are changing lanes anything less that that and its ball ticket time...
