CB busy

Just having problem with my cb, seem to get busy signal on all channels and hear static, anyone know what this might be and how to overcome the issue?

I have a Uniden, maybe 18 months old that was doing the same thing. Turns out it was the squelch filter. When I picked it up the bill would have been $90 if not under warranty. Hope this helps.

Squelch issue. Make sure squelch is on and turned up enough.
