Buying a Navara

Hi everyone,
I am after some advise, I am about to have 20K, and looking to get into a D22 but I can't decide between the older 3LTR or the newer 2.5. i have read about some issue with the 2.5 but wanted to know if Nissan ever resolved them. and I know about the issues that the patrol had with the 3LTR but it appears that it did not affect the Navara. Any hints or tips on things I should look out for would be greatly appreciated.

Hey cowboy, both good motors in d22 form are good but different. Search it's such an old topic if I could stretch I would find 7k more and buy new with warranty but see what you find.
