Hi guys,
Has any one modified their bullbar after a bodylift?? Just wondering whether I can modify it on a ARB airbag compatible bullbar with the crush cans by just cutting the crush cans on the end and re-welding a plate that is 50mm longer to suit the lift then reweld..... Or do I have to fabricate a bracket 50mm longer off the old ARB brackets that attach to the chassis?? Only reason I ask coz I wonder whether the first option which is quicker would be weaker because of the leverage because it is further away from the bolting point to the chassis or am I being over cautious?
Thanks Ryan
