Aftermarket bent shifter for D22?

I have a 2003 2.5ltr D22, and she's great to drive, appart from one annoyance.
I like to sit quite far back in the car and I find that my arms are almost entirely outstretched when I change into odd numbered gears. I've been mildly obsessed with RevLimiter's MX5 build and he recently showed off a short shift kit which came with a shift stick that was bent by about 10/20 degrees towards the driver. Does such a thing exist for the Navara?

Haha true, a lot of what I say can very easily be taken the wrong way out of context.
