50mm Body lift question

I am about to go down the track of lifting my nav another 50mm with a body lift. My question is and I can't seem to find anywhere on the forum is "what happens to the gear shifter in an auto"?? I understand in a manual the car rises up around the shifter 50mm but i don't see how that is possible in the auto. Or is there an adjustment I'm not seeing?

Dont need to do anything mate its only for manuals. You might need to loosen something on the steering rack (i think) and slide it down a bit.
