4.2 ltr diesel turbo motor

Hi All
I know this isn't Nav related but a mate of mine is looking for a 4.2litre diesel turbo nissan motor.
He's in W.A. but depending on the motor and location I reckon he'll go for shipping.
The motor has to be a runner without squillions of K's on it.
If you know of one for sale, can you let me know please.

Im here in sa but i know the td42 patrol motor in turbo or non turbo version is now a highly desired unit

Very hard to buy from a wreckers as they're so sought after

So much potential for big turbos and high output

theres also 3 main versions. depends on which one hes after.
the turbo and silver top are the most sort after as they can handle big power. black top is the weaker version.

don't forget to look in commercial vehicle places. you can still find fairly new ones in things like forklifts, generators etc.
