I was looking at getting a 3in lift kit put on the nav d22 2009 model. I'am only worried about front after lifting 3in will it have any downward travel at all. Or is it butter to stick with 2in lift. Anyone with any information would be a big help.

You get more travel fitting the upper control arms. I just fitted mine, totally changes the front suspension, best thing I ever done

yeah i have a lot more downwards travel now the control arms are fitted and lifted 3" compaired to just the 2" lift.
the design of the new control arms allows for down travel by moving the location of the plate the bump stop connects with at full downward extension.
the only thing that bothers me a bit is the cv angles.

As long as you take the right lines and don't bounce the front end in the air the cvs should be fine
