3 Inch Spacers?

Hey everyone
found these spacers on ebay

its saying that itll give me 3 inch lift in the front. is this possible from spacers?
possible downsides, like will i need new uca's, will cv angle be okay?
any help would be much appreciated

Looks like that kit includes bump stops to stop the loud clunking noise... but down travel would still be limited so probs worth getting after UCAs or extended ball joints. CV angles would be fine with 3" lift - D40 CVs are good up to 4".

You would also have to get longer shocks up the back to allow it to flex 50 mm... stock rear shocks don't have that much movement.
