"3" exhaust

Hi all been a while since I've posted on here. Interested in putting a "3" turbo back exhaust, (no muffler) been doing research and wanting to hear first hand on anyone who has done this and there opinion on any gains, less lag etc.. Mine is a 2013 St D40 (manual) No chip or anything. Can get one to bolt on pretty cheap $+60.

Any input is appreciated.
