2005 Navara with zd30 engine

I am looking at buying a 2005 Navara STR Dual Cab with 145000 ks. just wondering if i should be concerned about any issues regarding the zd30 problems?
It has a 2inch lift , 2 stage fuel filter, snorkel and a 3 inch exhaust ,m electric fuel pump, aftermarket turbo timer.

Any help is extremely appreciated!

Hi ITC ive had a 2006 str zd30 for about 5 months now and its been awesome had no problems at all tows my boat and all camping gear with no problems.

I've had a 2005 ZD30 since new with no problems. It was the 2000-2004 Patrols with a different version of the ZD30 that had all the problems.

As long as its got a good service history i wouldn't be too concerned.

Different computers, turbo, wiring to the Patrol.

Fit a turbo timer and your engine will be safe.

A failed turbo can take out the engine.
