I didn't create it. I've seen heaps like this when using taptalk app. I think it's to do with the garage. I did create a truck in the garage.

Scotty its something that Dylan set up for all garages, the first day it was done there were three or four pages of all the garages. Now every time a new garage is created so is a thread like this one.
