Pipe and reducers lasted Fraser just... Oil in the pipes and not a perfect 90 degree bend at the top connection, causing the pipe to letting go. No enough pipe for clamp to hold onto. Will have to ring Northside 4x4 in the morning for some help. Stuck on Sunshine coast at the moment.

Fixed. 2.5 inch alloy 90 degree bend, 2" trimmed from one end. 2x silicone hose reducers, 2 1/4 to 2 1/2".

Stupid setup. Rubber hose wrapped in steel wire. Split was between one of the bigger gaps in the wire. About an inch long on both sides. Pipe that it needs to clamp on to is 60mm. Not a common size. Would be nice for someone to make a whole intercooler replacement with piping. Still waiting...

Hey mate, Where did you get the centre hub caps for your steel rims? I got some 17x8 fitted to my 550 by tyrepower without them. They reckon they don't make them for the Navara stud pattern the lazy C*%TS.

Update. Got a phone call from opposite lock yesterday. They will have my new wings in 2 to 3 weeks.

Had no takers on the wings situation yet unfortunately. Not too concerned about the intercooler, waiting on Northside to have an aftermarket available. Opposite lock on the sunshine coast fitted the bar. The chassis mounts are different from the 2.5, but it was a straight bolt on apparently...

Just check if the 16's will fit before you pay for them mate. I've tried standard D40 16 alloys and they don't fit the 550 unfortunately.

The safari snorkel for the 2.5 won't fit the 550. Air filter box in different location. You can buy some 90 degree bends and pipe to modify it to fit if you are in a hurry. The k&n filter for the 2.5 will fit 550 though.

If anyone is interested in a XROX bullbar and lives near Perth in WA, Outback accessories will give a discounted bar if you can bring the car in to be measured up. Bit of a drive from qld for me.

it might do mate. If you have dyneema rope and the aluminium hawse you might fit it above with a slim line plate.

yeah, its nearly bearable until they fix it. I'd say if they can't even get the design of the body right, that they haven't even thought about the intercooler flow issues. I am looking at bringing the intercooler up as northside 4x4 suggests. The steel rims are 17x8 Dynamic from tyrepower...
