Hey Pete I edited my post because I left a connector unplugged accidentally when I took the codes. I replaced the fuel filter today. It is running much better but it will still stall on occasion after restarting it. When this happens the CEL comes on. The scanner is getting a P0409 code...

Hello Pete thanks very much for your reply. I just put some injector cleaner and fuel system cleaner in and went for a good drive. You wouldn't believe it but it runs much better and starts consistently now after switching it off.
