This has happened to me aswell replaced all my control arms cvs and bushes.
Went out 4wd went a bit hard and dropped the front suspension to the guards.
Made it home very slowly.
The next day reset my torsion bars. No keys or spline were damaged but my control arms bent like that. I got mine...
