hi guys thanks for all the help i ended up washing the old dpf out backwards with the hose to clean all the carbon deposits as a very nice bloke at mazda said they do to bt50s when there to clogged to do a regen then installed the old setup on the ute took it for a 20klm drive and bam fixed its self

hi guys im mitchell i just brought a 09 d40 when i got it the lca bushes needed replacing so i too off the lca to do the job but on the drivers side i forgot to undo the abs cable and it snaped i have rewired the cable from down near hub all the way up into engine bay my abs warning light...

hi again tryed to ajust the wastgate only made the boost change by about 1 psi maybe the turbo is to big if any one has any info on the biggest turbo that u could put on thye nav that would help thanks

hi all i have just made an adapter kit (im a boiler maker )and put a t25 turbo on my nav rat i also put a front mount intercooler on and a 3" straight through exhaust turbo back i have test drove it today and it didnt go that good so i checked boost and it would only make 3 to 4 psi from 2200rpm...
