Thanks for the replies guys....I have spoken to a few places, as soon as you mention zd30..they all say pump, I get its a weak link but I would of thought it would give some indication..ie poor fuel economy or rough running...it was perfect 760klm to a tank smooth and sweet, filters are always...

Further developments......noticed today after clearing codes primer pump was soft...pumped it up rock hard, tried to start and its soft again...could this be compounding the issue?

Triple checked...still only 1 code which is spill valve....so is this telling me a new pump or is this part of the electrickery on top of the pump, i ask because I have seen the pcu repaired in england, and if it saves a few k....happy to pursue it and test it out

Just rechecked and cleared all codes...attempte restart...only 1 code 0706...spill valve?

Thanks for the advice...I will re check codes tomorrow, delete them and try restatting and see what I get, only thing that was done was oil filter, new oil, air filter...didnt touch the fuel filter as it was done 3 weeks aho when injector seals replaced and has been running well all that time...

This is bevoming like star wars...the saga continues....checked codes by flashing engine light 0104, 0407, 0707,0706,0705 I will double check thdm again....i find it strange that i got a crank angle senosr code...perhaps this is causing other codes to the pump

Cheers for the replies guys...i have tried to get codes but will have another shot at it, i have triple checked fuel lines back to tank...all fuses....relay swapping will be next step, guys at nissan told me they have a fuel cut solenoid...typical, aldo I have seen a company in uk repairing pcu...

I bought a new battery...checked all connections...even with stuffed glow plugs it will start....i gave it a bit of start ya bastard...fired straight up, so im thinking its the pump or fuel cut soldnoid..from speaking to a guy at bosch, he has told me the pcu is rebuildable and that and fuel cut...
