lol i want it
cheers, it'll be good to have my life/career pretty much set with that job. couldnt ask for anything better really.
only thing i miss about the d22 is the fuel economy and that it could over take better.
actually i might get a bt50 4x2, make good skid cars COUGH work utes...
that box towed a 3t trailer daily for 12 years and not an issue apart from that big chunk of gear that fell out of the transfer LOL
cant believe its 14 years old though...
but its crazy driving it sometimes, you go from 3rd to 4th and just expect it to lug for a bit then catch the revs up...
i knew i should of flipped that damn pipe around! i'll try flip the sticker around so it looks right haha, if only it were series 75...
so far with a nice warm 35C day it wants to average at about 250C cruising, even going up a slight gradient it keeps pretty low. best thing is that during gear...
finally done... was a real effort to get the supercharger outlet to intercooler inlet side done. theres also 1 or 2 small leaks that i confirmed with a soapy water test, but i'll sort them later... cruising through the gears its wanting to sit around the high 100's, low 200s hehehehehe
the water side of the cooling system is totally plumbed in and the 2nd battery relocation to the tray box is complete.
tomorrow is the crazy task of chopping up the supercharger pipework to fit the intercooler :p
a vid the day it was fitted, sorry it too so long to upload it lol, nothing special or anything

project update:
nearly all the 1" copper pipe work is done (running it on top of the chassis rails), being done sunday is a POSSIBILITY! :)
finally a weekend off from work, fucked from my 130.6 hours fortnight
90% done on the spare tyre/engel holder to radiator/engel holder (couldnt fit a 35" spare in anyways lol)
looks like the guy with the toyota has to step in...
a KEY point everyone seemed to miss here was when nav dog said 'when i went to take off after i smelt the clutch, the pedal was sticking to the floor'... THE CLUTCH PEDAL SHOULD NOT STICK TO THE FLOOR!!!!
go see nissan and tell them that...
i had a feeling you'd ask soon aha
due to work being a big consumer of my time (working like a slave) i've only managed to do my rear diff gears, and wow, what a difference with the 35s! feels like i'm only running 30's yet i still have a whole bunch of power from the supercharger, so i am very...
i did aha
if anyones up for a mundaring trip sunday coming then let me know, i'll have my new diff gears in and ready for testing, plus i want to get the winch running, its been a while since it got used properly haha
update:
since i managed to blow my front diff in a sort of 'recovery' fail/crash i've ordered and received new front and rear 4.56 ratio diff gears (yukon brand) and will HOPEFULLY have them installed by this long weekend so i can go 4wding/travelling.
i fitted my EGT gauge and i'm seeing...
