Got the same problem with the 2008 2.5 CR turbo I bought recently. Haven't taken a look as yet but the turbo is caked in black gunk. I'm wanting to get a manual before I start pulling things apart. Doesn't seem to have any effect on performance. So forgive my ignorance but what is a catch can?
