Mine had a bracket that the tail shaft ran through that I blocked up as well but no one else has included these extra blocks in the online kits so it could be for nothing

as far as i know there is a jay car kit or a more expensive online version to alter the signal sent from the speed sensor to make up for different tires, from what i am told you just plug them in behind the speedo itself but in your case i would mount it from the speed sensor itself. look it up...
