Hey guys, Really wanting some help to diagnose my D40 Nav! I have extreme loss of power and tonnes of black smoke on acceleration. Towing is even worse. I’ve changed the fuel filter, air filter, SCV, boost sensors, injectors, checked glow plugs and turbo, all okay. What else could it be??

Hey everyone, I'm looking at welding up a custom airbox for my D40. Stuck on what shape to do, and overall dimesions.. Any ideas on what to look at for ideas? I've seen a couple on the Navlife FB page but the more inspo the better. Cheers guys!
