    Odometer pause

I’m sorry to hear about your predicament, however changing the Odometer is not only illegal but more of a concern is you’d be ripping of some other young guy wishing to by a Navara, which has an incorrect odometer reading. Either change your transport arrangements or sell and buy a small...

Help. Algae in fuel. Thai build 2010 D40 Navara

Remove all injectors, crank engine to blow all the **** out of the lines through the injector holes. Clean injectors place back in, don’t forget to clean the filters etc so the crud doesn’t recontaminate the system. Either dump fuel in tank, or add super dose of diesel conditioner.

    Fuel pre-filter. Necessary?

In Australia our fuel is 90% of a good quality, Diesel from notable companies ie; BP, Shell, and Ampol should provide stress free filling. I would avoid United and any others along those discount brands. The importance of regular vehicle maintenance can’t be overstated, secondly there is some...

Where do EGR valve coolant lines go?

The silver clip under the electronic fitting is the pipe on the engine side that goes into the engine side EGR pipe.

Where do EGR valve coolant lines go?

Sorry for the late reply, that bottom hose with the silver clip connects to the drivers side pipe on the EGR.

Where do EGR valve coolant lines go?

Photo of a 2014 D22, the black part face’s to the rear. The two small hose connectors will be facing down, the one closest to the motor connects to the hose near the motor, you should have a hose end to connect to the connector facing the drivers side.

    Stuck in 4Low

I brought my 2014 D22 from Berwick Mitsubishi 4 years ago, at the time I got a 4 year mechanical protection plan with loan vehicle since I live in Lilydale just in case. Had the SCV replaced and a leaking glow plug repaired. The mechanic’s at Berwick Mitsubishi are great they know their stuff...

    Rear body mount rusted

Wow, she’s rusting away, I’d be a tad concerned and taking some action straight away. Hopefully you don’t find more once you dig deeper. I’d be spraying all the underside and leaf springs with Inox spray, it’s a water repellent or some other kind of repellent product.

    Brake lights

I had the same issue, found a small crack in the parking light mounted in the Bullbar, this then filled with water causing the short. Must be all on the same fuse.

I brought my 2014 navara d22 from Berwick Mitsubishi, 3 years ago , they stated it had an off-road kit. The vehicle is higher than standard. This they claim is factory.
