On dash buttons hit -SETTINGS -BLUETOOTH -PAIRED DEVICE LIST Then theres two options -HANDSFREE/AUDIO -SELECT ITEM -DELETE I would suggest that you remove items from both the columns and reconnect Also having them paired for both columns would be the go

ill go into detail with the step by step buttons when im at the stereo tomorrow, but i think essentially it's mixing the signals.. remove all previously paired devices and start again

not sure weather nissan installed the towbar and wiring but i there is a piggy back plug and play kit..   not always going to be done like this but may pay to check the...

Do you have a trailer plug? I've found either loose wiring or a dirty connection bridging the pins in there and then blew the fuse

I've seen some pretty tricked up looking rx models ( maybe gear removed and sold on from higher models) I've honestly only ever sat in an np300 once but never in the driver seat. Does yours have the vinyl floor or are they carpeted?
